Terms of Service

SpiritDew operates a preorder tea service. By reserving a room or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. The service is available to individuals aged 18 and over. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Reservations are non-binding. Adding your email to the waitlist creates no payment obligation.

When a batch closes, we will notify waitlist members by email. Payment is due within 72 hours of notification.

Failing to pay within 72 hours releases your reservation. We cannot guarantee availability after the payment window closes.

All prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

Payments are processed via PayPal. By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Payment constitutes a binding purchase agreement.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, no questions asked.

After 24 hours, the batch enters sourcing and individual cancellations cannot be accommodated.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at your choosing.

We make every effort to accurately describe our teas, including origin, processing method, and expected flavour profile. Natural variation between harvests is inherent to artisanal tea and does not constitute a product defect.

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
